Warranty:
If your Shakti Mala breaks within 30 days from purchase date, we will offer one complimentary restringing or knotting, according to the original design. After the warranty period, we will be happy to repair your Shakti Mala for an $27.00 fee (according to its original design), plus $5 for shipping and handling. Repairing your Shakti Mala does not include the cost of replaced beads or shipping, which will be charged separately.
Custom Orders:
As each Shakti Mala is unique in its design, custom orders are always welcome.
Most of the Malas shown on this website are made with 6mm beads. We will be happy to price different size beads.
You can also choose a different pendant, tassel or dividers to your preference. Just contact us with your specific order and we will respond immediately!

Repair service for a SHAKTI MALA:
Please place your Shakti Mala in a cushioned envelope (this is important to preserve the integrity of your mala. If you mail it on a regular envelope it will be destroyed). Contac Shivani via email at: info@shaktimalas.com for physical address to mail it.

Redesign / Restringing service for a regular mala:If you desire to have your old broken mala redesigned into a Shakti Mala, we will be happy to do it for a fee of $54 + material and S&H.Please send a photo of your old broken mala to Shivani via email to: info@shaktimalas.com for a quote and instructions.
